I’m a clinical nutritionist and a certified GAPS Diet practitioner, and I hold a diploma in Bioregulatory Medicine.
I graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, BC in 2012. Upon graduation, I moved to Toronto, ON to learn more about holistic healing arts while working as a nutritionist at Herbs and Nutrition. I continued my education at IHN in North York and Mississauga, and I earned a certification for Iridology. I gained knowledge about supplements and their companies while I was working there as well. I got to research the source and quality of the products and people who were on the production side.
When it comes to healing, what we want to put into our bodies is what nature provides. My job as a holistic practitioner is to provide information and products that are safe for the body. Because this is my motto, and unfortunately, science sometimes puts the wrong/confusing information out to the world, I want to keep learning and will keep learning to search for the information that makes sense to us.
We are part of nature, and if we follow nature’s guidance, I believe whatever our body is doing to us makes sense.
I want to be an inspiration for others.
Please read HERE to understand that there are different practitioners with different belief systems than mine.
